Lee Beaver
Lee has been a licensed Real Estate Professional for over 45 years, beginning her career managing the Bowne agency in New Jersey. After becoming a licensed Virginia broker in 1987, she managed offices while building a Mega Agent Team in 1991, before purchasing the 17-agent Keller Williams Manassas franchise in 1991. Lee went on to purchase the Virginia Region in 1999, which currently consists of 29 KW franchise offices throughout Virginia and West Virginia. Lee has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry, including residential and land sales, builder homes, land development, and commercial sales. She shares this great knowledge and experience with her associates, affiliates and investors as a trainer, strategic planner, mentor, and tireless visionary. In addition to her sales experience, Lee has served in a variety of supportive capacities and board roles through the Prince William Association of Realtors (where she is a member of their Hall of Fame), Virginia Association of Realtors and The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Lee is certified as a Master Faculty Instructor, and continuously develops and teaches courses for new and seasoned agents, while promoting the proven models and systems provided by Keller Williams Realty International.
