Layla Mabie
LAYLA MABIE joined the L3 team in June 2025 and works on both tenant and landlord representation. Her role includes market research and analysis, site selection, lease and LOI negotiations, as well as relocation and renewal services. Layla gained hands-on experience in commercial real estate during a summer internship with The Kroenke Group, assisting with lease processing, vacancy analysis, and marketing mock-ups for leasing opportunities. She also completed a six-week internship abroad in London with Bulbshare, a market research software company, where she managed B2B and B2C social media platforms, developed content strategies, and coordinated influencer partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she earned certifications in Sales and Customer Development, Global Business, and Multicultural Studies. While at Mizzou, she served as President of CHAARG, a national women’s health and wellness organization, where she led a team of executives and drove chapter growth through innovation and strategic planning.
