With over a decade of experience, Lawrence has focused his career as being a trusted strategic leader to his agents and advisor to his clients by blending deep market insight with an unwavering commitment to client success. Since launching MODUS in Texas, Lawrence has led the firm’s expansion into new development consulting and sales serving a range of clients from first-time buyers to institutional developers. His leadership has helped earn MODUS recognition in Austin Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” and has positioned the brokerage at the forefront of Austin’s evolving real estate landscape. Lawrence himself is a Leadership Austin Essential alum 2024 and was honored as an Austin Under 40 finalist in 2025. A longtime East Austin resident, Lawrence previously served as president of the Agave Neighborhood Association and remains actively involved in the communities he represents. He brings a hands-on, data-driven approach to every transaction, whether it’s a design-forward infill project or a forever home for a growing family. Outside of work, Lawrence is a proud husband to Sarah and father to three incredible children: Penelope, Pierce, and Stone.
