Lawrence Oxenberg

Sales Associate Lawrence Oxenberg joined Berger Commercial Realty in 2016. Mr. Oxenberg is responsible for representing landlords as well as tenants in leasing, buying and selling retail and office properties throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Mr. Oxenberg is experienced in representing property owners, developers, investment companies and real estate investment trusts in leasing and selling their properties, working diligently to achieve maximum occupancy and value. Coupled with his experience in property assessment and analysis, Lawrence’s extensive knowledge of the local market allows him to successfully accommodate the diverse needs of a variety of commercial real estate clients.
