Laurie Ann Chan

Laurie Ann K. Chan is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Avalon’s internal operations including human resources, purchasing office administration, training, licensing, and resource allocation. She has been with Avalon since 2004 and holds a Finance and Marketing degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 2020 she was named one of the 20 for the Next 20 by Hawaii Business Magazine. She is currently a member of the Building Industry Association of Hawaii, an Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Hawaii.
