Laurie Westheimer

Since 2015, my team has ranked within the top 2% of agents in the Dayton/Miami Valley market and nationally, selling hundreds of homes. While my team's primary focus is residential real estate, I dedicate 25% of my time to assisting commercial clients, mostly small business owners. I enjoy guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process, creating solid plans for sellers to make properties sale-ready and crafting unique marketing strategies to attract buyers. For buyers, I offer comprehensive guidance, including financing solutions and crafting competitive offers. My clients often compliment my problem-solving skills, creativity, dedication, negotiation, and clear communication. I have a passion for education and believe that it is my job as a full-time Realtor to stay on top of the market and always be learning and innovating. In 2025, I upgraded my license to an Associate Broker license. In addition to the education piece, I have a strong commitment to promoting professionalism in my business and love giving back to the real estate industry. I currently serve on the Dayton Realtors Board of Directors (elected) and as a Director at Ohio Realtors (appointed). Committee involvement includes service on Grievance and Professional Standards at the Ohio Level, and the following Dayton Realtors' Committees: Community Services, RPAC Fundraising, Member Services, Professional Development, Legislative, and the Dayton Realtors Foundation. I'm a 2018 graduate of Dayton Realtors Leadership Academy and was tapped by my local board that same year as one of Ohio's "Tomorrow's Leaders Today," in an initiative that encourages leadership in the industry and in the communities we serve. In 2025, I was selected as one of 11 agents in the state to participate in the highly competitive Ohio Realtors Leadership Academy. I am also a proud RPAC major investor, protecting not only the real estate profession but also individual private property rights. I was born and raised in the Miami Valley (Greenville, OH) and am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.A. in English Literature. After college, I returned to the Dayton area, where I worked as a Paralegal and owned a Boutique for 10+ years before entering real estate. I currently live in the Centerville/Washington Twp. area. I'm married to Keith, a former Air Force combat veteran and current defense contractor, and am the mother of two (now grown) sons, Jack and David. My passions (outside of my family and working!) include reading, the arts, cooking, and traveling. I'm also a bit of a history nerd and love to introduce new people to our area.
