Laurent Myers

Laurent joined Savills in 1994, and he specializes in representing tenants, including corporate, technology and professional service clients, throughout the United States. Previously, he served as vice president and director of interior architecture for RTKL Associates of Washington, DC and as a project director for Space Design International Inc. Laurent has strong analytical, negotiation, and management skills. His training and experience in the field of architecture is a critical component of the service he provides his clients. Laurent’s expertise in the areas of space planning and programming as well as building systems and design, is extremely valuable in structuring efficient, productive and cost-effective space solutions for tenants. He can also draw upon his broad network of contacts in architectural and design firms to assist his clients. Activities & Achievements Laurent has served on neighborhood advisory boards and associations in his community. Education Laurent earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati and has been a guest lecturer at various universities.
