Laurence Binette

Laurence Binette joined the Alfid Group in 2017 as a real estate consultant. She has held the positions of residential and commercial manager, while representing owners in commercial brokerage. Possessing a good understanding of client needs, Laurence was promoted to the position of Brokerage Director. Her commitment and attention to detail are a guarantee of trust for our customers. With a degree in commercial and residential real estate brokerage, Laurence has been able to develop in-depth expertise in brokerage. Her academic background is enhanced by a degree in interior design, which allows her to perfect her technical knowledge and stimulate her creativity. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Laurence is involved in the activities of the Alfid Group Events Committee in order to contribute to the development of team cohesion. She is also involved in various groups in the real estate industry: CREW M Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal Quebec Franchise Council
