Lauren Willmore

Lauren Willmore is a Senior Associate based out of CBRE’s Las Vegas office where she specializes in landlord and tenant representation services by creating and implementing creative real estate solutions that are tailored to align precisely with her client’s business objectives. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial analysis, purchase and lease negotiations of industrial spaces, outdoor storage, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants. Previously, Lauren was an Associate at Colliers International where she kicked off her Real Estate career. Lauren is involved in the real estate community, participating as a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Associations, NAIOP and CCIM. She also actively supports the Make A Wish Foundation, Project Marilyn, and the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Society. Lauren is a proud native of the Las Vegas Valley.
