Lauren Potter

Lauren has worked for Cross & Company for 15 years, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She manages all of the vendors and service providers for an 81,000 square foot multi-tenant office. In addition to supervising tenant improvement construction, Lauren also prepares annual budgets, CAM reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
