Lauren Lovell

Lauren Lovell joined CBRE in 2021, bringing 7 years of industry experience in office leasing. Lauren specializes in Class A office leasing across the valley, providing developers and investors with lease-up strategies to maximize the value of their assets. With a keen eye for design and a strong pulse on the demands of today’s discerning tenants, Lauren advises on building renovations, capital improvements, and full scale marketing strategies. Her evident passion for real estate and superior work ethic is what her clients appreciate most. Prior to joining CBRE’s investor leasing team, Lauren spent five years at JLL on the tenant representation side. Before this, Lauren worked on the internal real estate team within a fast-growing technology company. Her experience on all sides of the transaction are evident when providing the most comprehensive guidance to her clients. Having started her career in tech, Lauren believes strongly in leveraging technology and data to make informed decision on where, when, and how to succeed in a rapidly evolving real estate market. Lauren is known for always having the latest stats and sharing important deal information with her clients proactively and creatively. Lauren is a graduate of University of California- Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics. Outside of the office, Lauren is involved in several leadership roles at NAIOP, ULI, CREW, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, and the United States Equestrian Federation. Lauren is an avid equestrian and competes in polo competitions in her spare time.
