Lauren Holmes

Lauren is an associate with Colliers Occupier Services Group, specializing in office tenant representation. She joins a team of people who have provided strategic real estate consulting services to corporate clients headquartered in Metro Atlanta for over 30 years. Building upon the strength of her intense work ethic as a former Senior Associate in the Transaction Real Estate practice at EY, Lauren takes a holistic approach to delivering real estate solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives. She draws on her team’s experience, world class research of Collier’s International, and market expertise to deliver winning outcomes for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growth state start-ups. Lauren began her career at Colliers in 2021. She previously worked in transaction real estate as a senior associate at EY. Prior to EY, Lauren worked as a real estate analyst for Duff and Phelps.
