Lauren Fosen

In May 2016, Lauren Fosen joined the Austin office of Cushman & Wakefield as a Director focused on Tenant Representation. Throughout Lauren’s career, she has represented both tenants and building owners, in a balanced real estate practice. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Lauren had served as an asset manager and member of the Finance Team and Investment Committee at HighBrook Investors – a New York based real estate private equity firm. While with HighBrook, she was responsible for the overall operations of their Texas assets – totaling over $100 MM in value – including comprehensive oversight and leadership of leasing, property management, property management, and project management teams. She also has experience as a Principal with Younger Partners, a landlord-focused boutique firm specializing in real estate leasing, where she was a trusted advisor to her clients and directly responsible for overseeing a leasing portfolio consisting of office and industrial assets. Earlier in her career, Lauren was a leasing broker with the Grubb & Ellis Company, primarily working on behalf of private, institutional, and tenant-in-common investors. Lauren has been recognized as a Heavy Hitter by the Austin Business Journal and Top Producer.
