Lauren Biggs

Lauren is a Senior Client Services Coordinator on the Retail Services Group at Colliers San Francisco. She supports company leadership and retailers in negotiating space throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, leveraging Colliers’ resources at every stage of the process. A licensed commercial broker since 2023, Lauren has worked with family-owned properties, institutional landlords, and both local and national retailers across Northern California. A native Californian, Lauren was raised along the Central Coast in beautiful San Luis Obispo. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Before joining Colliers, she was a Project Coordinator on JLL’s San Francisco Agency Leasing team. Now based in San Francisco, Lauren is an avid runner, bakery enthusiast, and always up for exploring a new neighborhood, town, or city with friends and family. She is an active member of the Junior League of San Francisco, a local organization focused on women’s leadership development and community-based initiatives. Lauren is also a member of ICSC and ULI.
