Lauren Berry, CCIM

Lauren joined the retail leasing team at Pace Properties in early 2018 to specialize in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales for third-party owners. Her experience in commercial real estate includes financial, analytical, and prospecting responsibilities for retail investment transactions. A graduate of The University of Missouri at Columbia, Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and an active member of the CREW St. Louis network, volunteering on the Communications Committee. In her free time, Lauren is a competitive horseback rider, and she enjoys traveling with her family and friends. She is actively involved in multiple charities including Project Wake-Up and Safe Connections.
