Laura joined MacKenzie Retail, LLC in 2011, bringing 6 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Specializing in Landlord and Tenant representation, she has played a vital role in the leasing/development of numerous retail projects and has successfully guided a variety of local, regional and national retailers through the site selection and lease negotiation process. Her extensive experience and unique market insight provides clients with a successful platform for achieving any real estate initiative. As a lifelong resident of the Baltimore-Washington DMA, Laura possesses a comprehensive understanding of the submarkets within the region and potential customer reach based on local knowledge. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Laura worked as a Marketing Assistant for the Baltimore Investment Sales team of competitor CBRE and most recently served as Research Analyst with CoStar where she was responsible for gathering data on the commercial real estate market. Laura received a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and is currently an actively licensed Maryland Real Estate Sales Associate.
