Ms. Pomerantz is a dedicated professional providing the full range of tenant representation services to her clients while working to develop solutions for their current and future real estate requirements. Prior to joining PBS, Ms. Pomerantz was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark & Company Real Estate, with senior level responsibility for major tenant representation assignments. Her extensive executive-level experience in a broad range of industries provides her with a breadth of knowledge from the corporate viewpoint in such areas as strategic and tactical planning and cost reduction analysis. Among the notable transactions for which Ms. Pomerantz has been responsible for includeare 1 million s.f. of transactions for Bloomberg L.P. for headquarters and interim space related to a future move; an extension of lease for White & Case, LLP at 1133 Avenue of the Americas for 340,000 s.f.; a relocation and expansion for Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin, LLP of 132,000 s.f. to the Chrysler Building; a restructuring and expansion for Liz Claiborne of 368,000 s.f.; and retail and office leasing and occupancy analysis for Donna Karan International. In addition, she represented Club Monaco for a Fifth Avenue flagship store of 17,000 s.f. and a San Francisco flagship store of 30,000 s.f. Ms. Pomerantz also represented Toys R Us.Com for 50,000 s.f. of office space in New Jersey. She has successfully concluded over 3 million s.f. for these and other clients. In 2002, Ms. Pomerantz and her team completed a “power store” on behalf of Champs, (a division of Footlocker) for 10,000 s.f. at 5 Times Square, Boston Properties’ new headquarters building for Ernst & Young. This was the largest retail transaction since September 11th, 2001. Ms. Pomerantz and her team have been appointed as Giorgio Armani’s exclusive real estate broker for retail in North America as well as exclusive and national representative for Stuart Weitzman, David Yurman, Ted Baker London, Tory Burch, Timberland, and regionally represents Abercrombie & Fitch. She also represented the Bank of New York for the disposition of 140,000 s.f. at 330 West 34th Street. Prior to joining Newmark in 1996, Ms. Pomerantz was Executive Managing Director of S.L. Green and prior to that she was the Executive Vice President of The Leslie Fay Companies, Inc., having responsibility for supervising several of its upscale fashion divisions. She was with Leslie Fay for over 18 years and served on the company’s Board of Directors.
