Laura Meanwell is a commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial & office occupier and landlord representation in Memphis, Tennessee. As part of the CWCA Industrial Team, Laura works directly with clients to provide best in class marketing strategies, transaction management and portfolio analysis. Laura’s experience in manufacturing, marketing, product management and process improvement inform her approach to clients’ requirements. Prior to becoming a broker, Laura held the position of Manager, Brokerage Coordination, where she led the coordinator team and provided commercial real estate research and marketing for her brokerage teams and assisted to procure new business opportunities. Laura serves on the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Commercial Council, the Board of Directors for the Memphis chapter of CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network) and is also a member of the local chapter of Cushman & Wakefield’s WIN (Women’s Integrated Network).
