Laura Lawrence

Laura Lawrence serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform. Laura is primarily responsible for the underwriting, marketing, and execution of multifamily sales transactions in Pittsburgh, western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has successfully closed over $1.6 billion in transactions since 2021. Prior to joining Berkadia, Laura served as Executive Vice President leading CBRE Pittsburgh’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team. She specialized in the execution of multifamily property sales with a core focus on institutional and private investment-grade property dispositions and acquisitions. She managed the underwriting, positioning, and deal execution processes and regularly leveraged CBRE’s financing professionals to help provide strong debt and equity advantages for her clients. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
