Laura Bradley

Laura Bradley joined Qualico Properties in March 2023 and serves as Director of Leasing, where she develops and executes leasing strategies for Qualico’s Edmonton portfolio. This includes pre-leasing for development properties across office, industrial, and retail assets. Prior to joining Qualico, Laura held key industry roles, including Director of Leasing at a major institutional landlord and associate at an international brokerage. A dedicated lifelong learner, Laura is actively pursuing her CCIM designation. Passionate about advancing women in commercial real estate, she is a member of Edmonton CREW, where she served on the board for four years, including as President in 2020. She also sits on the NAIOP Edmonton board of directors, where she co-chairs the downtown advocacy committee.
