Lars Pedersen

Lars Pederson is a life-long resident of New Orleans with roots in the Maritime Industry going back three generations. Lars joined NAI Latter & Blum in June of 2009 after 16 successful years as the Business Development Manager for two harbor tug companies servicing the Mississippi River. His knowledge of the river and connecting inland waterways plus the relationships he has developed with the companies operating on these waterways gives Lars a unique insight to industrial, waterfront properties.
