Larry J. Socia is a well-established commercial real estate broker covering the Upstate New York region whose expertise is retail client representation. Since 1990, he has partnered with entrepreneurs, local businesses, regional and national companies to strategize their market coverages, dispositions, and real estate portfolios. Larry is also involved with retail property management; working with owners to stabilize assets and increase value through renovations, repositioning, re-tenanting, and renewing leases. Larry joined Sutton Real Estate Company in 2011 as their Retail Director. Prior to that, he spent 21 years establishing his creative vision and reputation as a dealmaker while working in the Retail Division Director position at Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage. The foundation of his success is built upon many years of CRE experience and extensive Upstate NY market knowledge combined with his attention to detail, honesty, and dedication.
