Lawrence Reiff has been specializing in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Metropolitan area for over 25 years. He has worked at Greiner-Maltz for the past 23 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Reiff has transacted over 5,000,000 SF of space and has worked directly with major developers, mortgage lending institutions, syndication groups and governmental agencies. In the area of Development, Larry has represented both buyers and sellers in the condoconversion market in both Williamsburg and Long Island City. Larry is a Team Player.
