Mr. Ledbetter has 20 years as a commercial real estate and development professional. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1982, and joined Lynard Thomas Capital Corporation in Dallas, Texas where he developed his first property. In 1985, he joined Smithy Braedon Companies in Washington D.C. spending the next nine years in restaurant brokerage and development creating and leasing restaurant parks. In 1994, Mr. Ledbetter joined The Shopping Center Group (“TSCG”) and relocated to Atlanta. During his three years with TSCG he created market development plans for restaurants. He formed the Restaurant Counsel of Chain Links, a National Commerical Real Estate Brokerage Group focusing on servicing restaurant Franchisors and Franchisees in their development nationwide. In 1997, he formed Restaurant Developers, Inc. Mr. Ledbetter specializes in market evaluation, site selection, land acquisitions, financing, development and construction of commercial real estate properties. During Mr. Ledbetter’s career he has provided site and development solutions to Krispy Kreme, Starbuck’s, P.F. Chang’s, Hard Rock Café, Wolfgang Puck, TGI Friday’s, Chili’s, Applebee’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, Bennigan’s, Planet Hollywood, Longhorn, Lone Star, On the Border, Damon’s, Bertucci’s, Carlos O’Kelly’s, Wendy’s, Burger King, Long John Silvers, Donato’s, Walgreens, CVS, Eckerds, Bank of America, SouthTrust, SunTrust, Wachovia, Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video, and Hampton Inn. In 2001, Mr. Ledbetter joined with A.J. Galagher to form StreetSide Developers, a full service real estate development company who develops an array of commercial properties from small retail lifestyle centers to Wal-Mart SuperCenters, and triple net build-to-suit properties for restaurants and retailers.
