25 years of broad Project Management experience and leadership, coupled with his knowledge of the latest scheduling and budgeting technologies, control systems, resource management, and effective customer service skills make him uniquely qualified to manage a construction organization. Educated and licensed as an architect, Larry has personally managed numerous projects internationally as well as led substantial regional/national construction organizations for Prudential, Bank of America, Wachovia, Motorola, and Unisys. His wide variety of projects includes office fit-up’s, autistic schools, financial trading floors, retail complexes, Times Square hotels, corporate headquarters, hologram factories, $400 million condominium complexes, luxury apartments, and state-of-the-art training/data/call centers. Larry complimented his Fine Arts Degree from DePauw University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Architecture from the University of Michigan. In addition, he has been a member of leading professional organizations, such as IFMA, AIA, and Corenet Global.
