Maggie originally joined Grindstone Property Management in 2013 and worked with Grindstone Property Management through 2015. She returned in 2019. Maggie has over 25 years’ experience in the Property Management Field. Her current responsibilities include overseeing daily operations in residential and commercial, hiring, supervising, motivating, and training. Maggie assists in marketing, leasing, and evaluates property performances. Maggie has great leadership and customer service skills. Throughout her property management career, Maggie has received several Property Manager of Year and Property of the Year Awards. She holds an Arizona Sales Real Estate License and the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Maggie is a 2017 graduate of the Arizona Multihousing Association Lyceum Program, a volunteer leadership development program that focuses on the essential elements of successful leaders.
