Larry Edwards

Larry has 42 years of commercial real estate experience in San Diego, working with individuals, corporate, and international clients. Larry’s special strengths include skills to balance the technical and people sides of commercial real estate transactions. Larry’s expertise is owner/user sales and leasing: site selection, lease/buy, cost comparison analysis and investment services. Larry is recognized for 25 years of service and dedication as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and represents the standard of excellence in commercial real estate. Larry served with the 7th Marines in Vietnam. He is a member of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors and the Old Mission Rotary Club. Rotary projects include Challenge Center, One Thousand Smiles, Project Mercy, Youth Leadership RYLA, Art Pratt Foundation and Old Mission Foundation. Accomplishments include the #1 Company Wide Salesperson and President’s Club for Rancon Real Estate and C.W. Clark, Inc. Larry was promoted to Senior Vice President with NAI San Diego in 2006. He is a Board Member of the Art Pratt Foundation and a Member of the Otay Mesa Property Owner’s Association (MIGS). Larry has received multiple awards for San Diego CCIM’s Transaction of the Year.
