Lara Nealon

Lara is a First Vice President in CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, based in the Washington, D.C. office and specializing in investor leasing. She represents a variety of the District’s most prominent landlords, and developers and has worked on some of the most high-profile transactions in the market. Lara joined CBRE, Washington D.C. in 2016 having previously worked in the firms Dublin office. Prior to CBRE, Ms. Nealon worked for the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) in Dublin, Ireland in a senior role, managing a mixed portfolio of assets including commercial and residential. She holds a BSC in Real Estate and a PostGrad. Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.
