Lanny Gardner

He has been a successful entrepreneur since he was in high school, building multiple businesses. After selling a successful material handling company in Pennsylvania, he decided as a young adult to transition to a warm, sunny climate and made the Florida Keys his home. Lanny developed Boondocks Grille and Draft House on Ramrod Key from a tiny grass hut to the flourishing entertainment complex of today, which he sold in 2021. Quickly after selling Boondocks on his own, he got his real estate license and now specializes in selling Commercial Real Estate throughout the Florida Keys.
