Lane Pleason

Lane is responsible for helping to develop and implement leasing strategies for all Read King owned properties and third-party leasing assignments. Lane is a third-generation Houstonian with strong market knowledge who has quickly demonstrated his ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, brokers, and property owners through hard work and integrity. Lane is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2018, Lane attended ICSC’s John T. Riordan School for Retail Real Estate Professionals in Minneapolis, where he was able to polish his skills in business planning, merchandising, and lease negotiations.
