The team is solely dedicated to the medical and life science market providing a complete range of commercial real estate transaction services including landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales services for hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, post-acute operators, behavioral health operators, public & private healthcare investors and life science occupiers and investors. Lane’s primary focus is landlord representation throughout Texas with clients ranging from the independent physician to private and public healthcare REIT’s.
