Landers Symes

As President, Landers Symes directs project conception and management, leads development of strategic growth plans and oversees all major aspects of the business. Landers joined Symes in 1993. Utilizing his business degree and military management and operations experience, Landers worked to learn all aspects of the business from the nuts and bolts of building a house to managing subdivisions and planning for strategic growth. In 2003, Landers took over as President of the company. Landers graduated from Norwich University Military College of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 1987. After graduation Landers was commissioned as a 2LT Medical Service Corps in the United States Army and served in Operation Desert Storm. Landers lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children in Rockport.
