Lance Yasinsky
Lance is a member of one of the largest advisory teams in commercial real estate. Working on the tenant representation side of the practice, he has advised companies on their occupancy needs and works with tenants to structure their obligations in a strategic and financially beneficial fashion. His responsibilities include business development, market analysis, and strategic planning. Before joining JLL, Lance built upon his real estate education through multiple indispensable internship experiences at firms such as Ariel Property Advisors and Genentech Inc., where he worked with buyers and sellers in all sectors of the industry in the transaction of their assets, as well as consulting a public company on their workspaces and how they could benefit their employee’s productivity.
