From September 1999 to December 2002, Mr. Silver served as General Counsel of Global Technologies Ltd., a publicly traded corporation listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Silver was an associate in the law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP, where he practiced in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, securities and general corporate law. Mr. Silver graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Silver’s undergraduate studies were at the Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Smeal College of Business.
