Lance Clark

Lance Clark, the youngest son of Bill Clark, grew up immersed in the building business, much like his older brothers. He joined the family company in 1990, working his way through entry-level positions to gain a thorough understanding of the homebuilding industry from the ground up. After earning a degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Lance returned to Greenville and advanced to the role of Area Manager for Greenville operations in 2005. His dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in his commitment to personalizing plans, options, and features to suit each customer's individual tastes and needs, a quality that distinguishes Bill Clark Homes from other homebuilders. Lance is also the co-chair of the Greenville ENC Alliance, a member of the Pitt County Home Builders Association, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of the East Carolina Pirate Club. His civic involvement has had a significant impact on local housing, particularly through his partnership with the city of Greenville to provide high-quality, affordable homes to new homeowners. Lance lives in Greenville, NC, with his wife Missy and their two sons, Eli and Luke. He has passed down his love for fishing, hunting, and East Carolina sports to his children, enjoying every opportunity to share these experiences with them.
