Ladson Montgomery

Mr. Montgomery co-founded Phoenix Realty Group in 1993 with Jim Sebesta and served as president through 2003. He specializes in industrial brokerage services in both local and national markets. In 2019, he has completed over 3.5 MM SF of transactions totaling over $100 MM dollars in volume. Prior to forming Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, Mr. Montgomery worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty specializing in industrial real estate and Unit Capital (later known as GATX Logistics) as development manager.
