Kylie VanBuren

Kylie is a Director of Real Estate Transactions at Industrious. She was previously an Associate in the CBRE Midtown office. Prior to joining CBRE full-time, Kylie spent two summers as an intern with CBRE, working in the research and legal departments in the Midtown Manhattan office. During her time in the research department, Kylie worked on a variety of projects—gathering company information, updating listing and tenant data, and conducting basic analysis. While working with the legal department, Kylie prepared and edited legal documents related to building leasing and sales activities, and drafted content for a special negotiation training program targeted to senior office brokerage sales professionals. Kylie was a three-season varsity athlete as a member of the cross country and track teams and was elected captain of the 2014 Cross Country team. While an undergraduate, Kylie was involved in a variety of outreach opportunities both on and off-campus, including working as a Sexual Violence Prevention Peer Educator, mentoring young girls through the Hardy Girls, Healthy Women organization, and interning at the Maine Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
