President
Kyle Wilks is the CEO and visionary behind Wilks Development. He is known for his hands-on approach and dedication to hard work, which he learned from his legendary father and uncle, the Wilks Brothers. Kyle began his career in the family business at Wilks Masonry and worked his way up to become Vice President. The Wilks Brothers became known internationally for growing their oil field service company, Frac Tech, and selling it in 2011. Kyle worked as a Senior Executive Vice President during their high growth phase. Following the sale, Kyle established Wilks Development in 2012 and has since completed over thirty development projects and over one billion dollars in real estate transactions. He remains deeply engaged in the business and meticulously hires the best talent worldwide. As CEO, Kyle is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential developments, conducting due diligence reviews, creating financial models, designing sites, and overseeing construction.
