Kyle works in the Phoenix office of JLL, specializing in the representation of Industrial tenants and corporate occupiers. He handles local, regional and national real estate needs for his clients. His experience and knowledge allow him to effectively structure competitive & aggressive transactions on his client’s behalf. Kyle is a 15 year veteran in the industry and is consistently a top performer in the market. He has been recognized at JLL with the Top Gun designation and has been awarded the CoStar “Power Broker” award for the last ten years, which recognizes top brokers. Kyle started his career in 2008 and quickly earned “Rookie of Year” honors at his brokerage firm and was awarded NAIOP Rookie of The Year. Over Kyle’s career he has represented institutional Landlord’s in leasing their properties and also specializes in representing tenants in singular or multi-market transactions.
