Kyle Wentz
He is a fourth-generation northern Nevadan, born and raised in Douglas County and a lifelong resident of Minden/Gardnerville. He graduated, with honors, from the University of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in management and marketing. After graduation, he spent five years with the Douglas County Assessor’s Office as a Personal Property and Real Property Appraiser learning the ins-and-outs of the property tax system in Nevada and two years as the Executive Director of Marketing for Harrison Careers, a London-based recruiting firm. He has been a full-time real estate agent since 2014 and has participated in four hundred successful transactions. His specialties include luxury residential, investment and small-scale multi-family, and large acreage vacant land sales. He is married to his beautiful wife, Donna, and could not think of a better place to raise their three children than the beautiful Carson Valley.
