Kyle Teets focuses exclusively on both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout the Midwest and South and actively assists investors with dispositions, acquisitions and financing. Kyle joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 as a financial analyst and escrow coordinator. During his tenure at Dumes | Teets | Mullowney Group, he has evaluated nearly $2B worth of investment real estate and assisted in or closed more than 200 transactions. Kyle focuses on clients' needs by acting as an advisor where sometimes it makes sense to sell and other times it makes more investment sense to hold or refinance. There is no property that is too complex to analyze for disposition or reposition as each of his clients have different goals for their real estate investments.
