Kyle Strigenz
Kyle has an in-depth understanding of real estate, specifically the complexities related to capital structuring and development. His main focus has been capitalizing and developing large real estate projects throughout North America. Through his role as Managing Director at a boutique New York real estate investment group and Chief Investment Officer at First Pathway Partners, he has completed over $3.5 billion of capital structuring on real estate projects. The projects encompassed all levels of capital from debt to equity, underwriting and closing. Kyle has also been a lead principal in real estate partnerships, managing over $300 million in development and rehabilitation of real estate projects, all which were brought in on-time, on-budget. He has extensive experience working on projects that include historic tax credits, new market tax credits EB-5 financing and bond financing. Through this expertise, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of all the intricacies of analyzing an investment including development, acquisition, renovations, and recapitalizations. Kyle graduated from Marquette University, and was on the Dean’s list.
