Kyle Selby

Kyle has been working full-time in the industry since 2013. He joined Selby Realty in early 2018, where he specializes in investment sales, leasing, and property and asset management. Before joining the firm, Kyle earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business through the prestigious Nathan S. Collier program. Prior to graduate school, he worked in Nashville, TN, helping grow a group of real estate investors by underwriting acquisitions and development projects, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with attorneys and title agents to clear encumbrances on hundreds of transactions. He also conducted market research to identify trends and prepared monthly reports to track opportunities in the pipeline. At Selby Realty, Kyle launched the firm’s residential division, The Selby Team, where he combines his education and experience to serve buyers and sellers throughout the greater Daytona Beach area. On a personal note, Kyle married his high school sweetheart, Kelly, in 2014. Together, they are proud parents of twin daughters, Madison and Merrill, born in March 2018.
