Kyle Robbins

Kyle is an Executive Vice President for Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions Group. He represents organizations over a wide breadth of industries and develops real estate strategies specific to each client across the United States and globally. With a keen focus on personal attention, Kyle has successfully advised clients on a wide variety of projects, including lease renegotiations, relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit projects. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Kyle has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than four million square feet of transactions globally during that time. Kyle’s dedication to personal attention has helped him develop long-lasting client relationships going back 15 years or more, allowing his work to expand globally. Kyle also is recognized throughout the commercial real estate industry for his role in the life sciences sector, having completed more than three million square feet of life science transactions. Notably, Kyle played a key role in negotiations on behalf of Astellas US for a 440,000 square foot headquarters development in Northbrook, Illinois, which won NAIOP’s Office Development of the Year, and a 260,000 square foot lab conversion in greater Boston which won Suburban Deal of the Year.
