ABOUT

Kyle Robb, Senior Leasing Manager – Madison, joined Artis in 2020. He is responsible for all leasing activities which includes managing new leases, renewals as well as all marketing for their 14-building portfolio. Prior to joining Artis, Kyle was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Culver’s Franchising where he supported franchisees in 26 states while cooperating with them on anything real estate related and site selection. He also was a partner at Colliers International – Madison, where he gained experience in commercial advising and brokerage which included tenant and landlord representation, property development, investment sales and financial analysis. Kyle holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson’s license, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
