Kyle Prater

Kyle Prater joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2013 as a member of the Houston Investment and Industrial Services Group. Mr. Prater has extensive real estate experience representing corporate clients with their industrial facility requirements. He focuses primarily on industrial real estate properties including sales and leasing of manufacturing plants, warehouse and distribution facilities, land, special-use properties and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Prater's knowledge of current industry practices, transactional experience and attention to detail allow him to provide clients with best-in-class service that meet their short and long-term real estate needs.
