Kyle Pelster

Kyle is a Senior Vice President with NAI NP Dodge and has been an Agent since 2012. He specializes in Industrial Real Estate Development, Investment, Leasing, and Sales. Kyle works closely with the rest of the brokerage team to initiate leasing and sales opportunities, focusing on mainly industrial opportunities but can provide full-service brokerage. Kyle has a strong family background in commercial real estate construction, development, and investment. Prior to NAI NP Dodge, Kyle was an estimator and project manager with Paul Davis Restoration, a commercial and residential restoration company. Since 2012 he has been a full-time sales associate with NAI NP Dodge. He was born and raised in Omaha, NE, and lives with his wife, Mandy, in Rockbroook.
