Kyle Nelson

Prior to joining Atlas, Kyle was the U.S. Client Director for Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (CBRE). In this capacity, Kyle was dedicated to a multinational financial institution where he and his team delivered project management services in the construction and development field. He has also served as project manager and director of construction for other professional firms in the Southeast U.S. Since 2005 in the multifamily, retail and office sectors, Kyle has managed directly or via employees over $300,000,000 in project value. Kyle holds both his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from the University of Georgia.
