Kyle McCulloch

Kyle McCulloch joined JLL in 2019 and is responsible for all business avenues of the firm’s Austin industrial division. He specializes in 3rd party leasing assignments, tenant representation and purchasing or selling industrial properties. Kyle has been successful in negotiating transactions and cultivating relationships in the Central Texas market. Since starting his Commercial Real Estate Career in 2014, Kyle has closed over 300 transactions in third party accounts, investment sales and tenant representation. For the past 6 years, he has been recognized as one of the “Heavy Hitters” for industrial leasing agents by CoStar as well as the Austin Business Journal. Prior to making Commercial Real Estate a career, Kyle played professional baseball for the Chicago White Sox and Cincinnati Reds organizations.
