Kyle Kovac

Kyle Kovac is an executive vice president with CBRE. Mr. Kovac specializes in the disposition of investment and development properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has closed in excess of $5 billion of transaction volume on behalf of both institutional and private clients. He is responsible for soliciting new business, executing existing business, and growing the capital markets platform within the Bay Area. Kyle has led many of the City of San Francisco’s most high-profile office & development dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kovac worked at Newmark Knight Frank in San Francisco as an Executive Managing Director and Grubb & Ellis as a Vice President.
